This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner as party-in-person challenging the recruitment that took place as early as in the year 2018.

3. In spite of the matter being listed under the caption "for dismissal", the petitioner does not appear. In the circumstances, this Court Page No. 2 of 4

is left with no other option except to dismiss this Writ Petition for nonprosecution. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
