ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition to direct the 2nd respondent not to interfere into the civil dispute between the petitioner and one Irulandi by considering his representation dated 06.07.2018 within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.According to the prosecution, the representation given by the petitioner dated 06.07.2018 has been enquired and closed. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this case. The copy of the closure report has also been produced before this Court. 3.In the light of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
