This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 01.06.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, summons has been served to the petitioner, through RPAD on 02.08.2018, to appear for enquiry on 08.08.2018. He also produced a copy of the summons before this Court.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to appear before the 2nd respondent and cooperate for enquiry.

5. Recording the above said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
