O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to give suitable instruction to the second respondent to take action on the petitioner's complaint, dated 09.05.2024.

2. The petitioner has lodged a complaint before the first respondent on 07.02.2024 and before the second respondent on 09.05.2024. The second respondent has received the complaint and issued C.S.R.No.553 of 2024. Since no action has been taken, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the complaint lodged by the petitioner has already been enquired and now, the accused has also settled the amount to the petitioner which he received from the petitioner. Based on the settlement, the entire issue has come to an end and the respondent police has also closed the said complaint. The closure report, dated 21.05.2024 is also submitted before this Court.

4. In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the closure report, dated 21.05.2024. No costs.
