ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the private respondents in all the Writ Petitions are his brother-in-law and his brother-in-law's friends. Hence, there is a possibility of settlement in case the matter is referred to mediation.

2. Accordingly, the matter is referred to Mediation Centre attached to the District Court at Tirunelveli. The officer in charge of the Mediation Centre is requested to nominate a mediator, who is well conversant in civil law as well as principles of https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
