Mr.M.Karuppasamy, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

2.By consent of the both parties this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation dated 30.07.2018 to the respondents to grant permission and give police protection to conduct the "Adal Padal Programme" dance program at about 07.00 p.m on 03.08.2018 in pursuance to the festival of "Arulmighu Sri Mottai Irulappasamy Thiurkovil", situated in Keezhakudi, Kevagaikulam, Aruppukkottai Taluk, Virudhunagar District, but sofar no order has been passed. Hence, the present writ petition is filed.

4.In view of the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion, this Court is inclined to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.07.2018 on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 03.08.2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
