CRL MP(MD) No.6807 of 2022 The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to dispense with the personal appearance of the petitioners in the proceedings in C.C.No.10 of 2020 on the file of the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Kadaladi.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing of the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. Considering the fact that the second petitioner viz., V. Shanmugavalli, aged 52 years and the 3rd petitioner viz., V.Kavipradha, aged 30 years and that they are being ladies, their personal appearance alone dispensed with until further orders before the trial Court.
