Even though the order impugned in the writ petition may have to be set aside, the learned Government Advocate informs that pursuant to another order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench in W.P.(MD)No. 6995 of 2019 dated 30.06.2025, the encroachment in question has already been removed. This writ petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the stand of the respondents, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
