2.The appellant seeks appointment on compassionate grounds. Both her parents were government servants. The appellant's father died on 13.11.1996. The mother of the appellant died on 16.06.2007. But the appellant had got married in the year 2006 itself.
She submitted an application for compassionate appointment only on 05.10.2015. Since it was given belatedly, the appellant's request was rejected. The learned Judge sustained the said rejection order dated 02.12.2016. 3.Since even prior to the demise of the mother, the appellant got married, it cannot be said that the appellant was depending on the mother. Besides, the application was not submitted within time.
4.We see no reason to interfere with the order passed by the learned Single Judge. There is no merit in this writ appeal. It stands dismissed. No costs.
