This contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order, dated 08.04.2022, made in W.P.(MD) No.6558 of 2022.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the order and directions issued by this Court have been complied with and to that effect.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has not disputed the above submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.
