ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents to give adequate police protection for the petitioner's life and limb and also to take action as against the 3rd and 4th respondents based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 06.04.2023. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that in respect of the damage that has been caused to the property of the petitioner, so far no action has been taken by the respondent police.

3.Let the enquiry on the petitioner's complaint be completed by the respondent police within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by summoning the petitioner as well as the private respondents. Depending upon the outcome of the enquiry, further action be taken either by the competent authority or by the petitioner, if he is aggrieved.
