ORDER

The petitioner claims to be the Priest of Sri Vasantha Narayana Perumal Kovil situated at Varavanai Village, Kadavur Taluk, Karur District. He submitted a representation to respondents 1 and 2 seeking regularisation of his services and also seeking action against the fourth respondent, who, according to the petitioner, is misappropriating the funds belonging to the temple under the guise of being a trustee. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said representation has not been considered.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the petitioner's representation is pending with the second respondent and that the same would be forwarded to the Assistant Commissioner of HR & CE, Karur District.

3. The said submission is taken on record. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to forward the petitioner's representation dated 18.03.2026 to the Assistant Commissioner of HR & CE, Karur District, within a period of one week from the date of receipt 2/4

of a copy of this order. Upon receipt of such representation, the Assistant Commissioner of HR & CE, Karur District, shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner.

4. The aforesaid exercise shall be completed within a period of two (2) months thereafter.

5. There shall be no order as to costs.
