ORDER

It is seen that the prayer in this writ petition is to promote the petitioner to the post of BT Assistant (Maths).

2.It is now brought to the notice of this Court that pending the writ petition, the petitioner has been granted the said relief. 3.In that view of the matter, the prayer in this writ petition has become infructuous and accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
