RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to pass an order to grant permission for further period of one month to the Petitioners/Respondents to deposit the balance amount of Rs.36,000 before the Special Deputy Collector/Revenue Court, Madurai in the interest of justice.

Prayer in CRP(MD). 713/ 2021 :

To set aside the order passed by the learned Special Deputy Collector(Revenue Court) Madurai in TCTP No.28/2012 dated 04-03-2019 any allow the Revision Petition filed by the Revision Petitioeners with cost.

ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.N.MURUGESAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.GANAPATHI SUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that they have already deposited a sum of Rs.50,000/- on the file of the Special Deputy Collector / Revenue Court, Madurai and they are not able to deposit the balance amount of Rs.36,000/-. due to Covid - 19 Pandemic situation and seeks one month time.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to extend the time for a period of two weeks from today.
