Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the I Additional District MunsifCum-Rent Controller, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District, to dispose of RCOP No.28 of 2009, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition coming on for hearing under the caption "For Extension of Time" and upon perusing the petition and the earlier order of this Court dated 02.08.2018 and a letter submitted by the I Additional District Munsif, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District in D.No.83 of 2019, dated 30.01.2019 and in the presence of Mr.C.Sankar Prakash, Advocate for the petitioner the Court made the following order:

The matter has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time'.

2.This Court by an order dated 02.08.2018 in the Civil Revision Petition, has directed the learned I Additional District Munsif/Rent Controller, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District, to dispose of the case in R.C.O.P.No.28 of 2009, within a period of two months. 3.Now, the learned I Additional District Munsif, Nagercoil vide letter dated 30.01.2019 has requested extension of time stating that the order was received by the trial court on 10.09.2018 in the meantime, she had been taken on Maternity Leave from 24.03.2018 to 18.12.2018 and now, she is assumed the charge of the Court on 19.12.2018. She has also stating that now the said R.C.O.P.No.28/2009 has been posted to 31.01.2019 for counter in I.A. in R.C.O.P.No.28/2009.

4.Hence, time is extended for a period of two months and the learned I Additional District Munsif, Nagercoil, is directed to complete the trial and dispose of the case in R.C.O.P.No.28/2009 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.The Registry is directed to send the copy of this order to the trial Court immediately.
