ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and his family's life and limb by considering the representation dated 19.04.2023, within a period that may be stipulated by this Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that only on 19.04.2023, the above said representation has been received by them. 3.Let the above said representation be disposed of by the respondent police within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by summoning the petitioner as well as the rival parties. Depending upon the outcome of the enquiry, further action be taken either by the competent authority or by the petitioner, if he is aggrieved.
