This Writ Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 23.07.2018.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner has already been terminated from service by the respondents.

3. In view of the fact that the petitioner has already been terminated from service, he is given liberty to challenge the termination order, if any.
