This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus seeking a direction to the respondents to conduct survey of the land measuring 20 cents in Survey No.100/4A1 in patta No.710 at Appakarai Village, Peraiyur Taluk, Tirumangalam Sub-division, Madurai North,

2. The petitioner had given a representation on 19.04.2023 and she had paid necessary charges. The petitioner stated that she is in possession of the said land and patta had also been granted to her. She had purchased the land by Document No.6886/2020 dated 16.10.2020.

3. In view of the above facts stated, a direction is issued to the respondents herein to proceed further to conduct survey of the land in accordance with the representation given by the petitioner herein. The 2/4

entire exercise must be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
