PRAYER :- To modify the condition imposed on the Petitioners in the order dt.1.7.2021 made in Cr.MP.No.3753 of 2021 by learned Principal Sessions Court,Tirunelveli District in so far as daily appearance before the Police Station.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge,Tirunelveli in Cr.M.P.No.3753 of 2021 dated 01.07.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli in Cr.M.P.No.3753 of 2021 dated 01.07.2021 directing them to appear and sign before the respondent police daily once i.e.,at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. He would further submit that the petitioners are blind and it is difficult for them to comply with the conditions. In support of his claim he has also produced the disability certificate issued to them.

3. Taking note of the fact that the petitioners are blind the condition imposed on them directing to appear and sign before the respondent police daily once i.e.,at 10.30 a.m., until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. All other conditions shall remain unaltered.

4. The petition is ordered accordingly.
