3. Considering the nature of the offence and also the fact that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly, this Court is inclined to relax the condition. Accordingly, the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court on 02.02.2026 in CRL.OP(MD).No.1875 of 2026 is relaxed in toto.
