ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the first and second respondents to execute the warrant issued by the learned Family Court Judge, Dindigul passed in D.No.110 of 2024 dated 31.01.2024, within a time frame.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent would submit that the third respondent has paid the entire arrears as on February 2024, based on which, the petitioner had withdrawn the petition filed before the Court below and the learned Family Court Judge, Dindigul has sent a letter to the first respondent herein to return the warrant.

3.In view of the above, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4.Recording the same, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The official respondents herein are directed to return the warrant issued against the third respondent. No costs.
