The petitioner seeks limited relief of a direction by way of issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 19.02.2025.

2.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the first respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's appeal petition dated 19.02.2025, after giving a fair opportunity to the petitioner as well as the fourth respondent and thereafter, pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve [12] 2/5

weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
