The revision petitioner seeks speedy disposal of A.S No.38 of 2017 on the file of the Sub Judge, Valliyoor. This Court has not aware of the workload of the said court. Therefore, the only direction that can be given in this civil revision petition is to call upon the learned Sub Judge, Valliyoor to dispose of the said A.S No.38 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible subject to its pending workload.
