O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent not to interfere in the family dispute and not to harass the petitioner and her family members under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the complaint given by the fourth respondent, who is the mother, but by mistake it has been mentioned as the mother-inlaw in the earlier interim order dated 19.07.2021.

2. Whatever it may be, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the complaint given by the fourth respondent enquiry was undertaken in CSR No.261 of 2021 and during the course of enquiry, it was informed that the jewels alleged to have been taken by the petitioner belong to her and the parties were https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9592 of 2021 advised to approach the competent civil court for appropriate relief and on that basis, it was closed on 01.08.2021.

3. Since the complaint given by the fourth respondent has been closed, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition and there is no question of harassment.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is disposed of as infructuous.
