O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of a writ of Mandamus seeking a direction to the respondents to survey the land measuring 15 cents situated in Survey No.100/3A1A in patta No.2395 at Appakarai Village, Peraiyur Taluk, Tirumangalam Sub-division, Madurai North, Madurai District.

2. The petitioner had given a representation on 19.04.2023 and had also paid necessary charges. The patta stands in the name of the petitioner. Hence, a direction is given to the respondents herein to issue notice to the petitioner and proceed further to inspect the land and if there are no rival claims or disputes, proceed to survey the land as stated in the application. The entire exercise must be completed within a period 2/4

of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
