2 W.P.(MD)NO.11669 OF 2022 Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to issue joint patta in the name of petitioner, his sister Hemalatha and the three legal heirs of his uncle late John Vincent @ John Wilson namely, Ranjitham, Roja and Suresh with regard to the property admeasuring Hec 0.30.0 with a tiled house in old Natham survey No.510 and New Survey No.589/9 at South Kallikulam Village, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 13.04.2022.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents and the learned counsel appearing for the private respondents.

2. The petitioner wants inclusion of certain names including herself as joint pattadars in respect of the petition mentioned property.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader states that the enquiry process was already initiated and the petitioner could not produce any document.

4. The fourth respondent is directed to issue formal notice not only to the petitioner but also to the other interested parties and conclude the enquiry on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the respondent to pass order one way or the other. The only direction that is now given is for the speedy and time bound disposal of the petition mentioned application. This writ petition stands disposed of.
