ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side. The petitioner seeks issuance of patta for the petition mentioned land. The learned Government counsel states that some of the adjacent land owners moved this Court and obtained direction for conducting survey. It is proposed to be held shortly. Based on the survey exercise, the third respondent will consider the case of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law after hearing the interested parties within a period of twelve weeks thereafter. It is made clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the third respondent to pass order one way or the other. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
