Mr.M.Karuppasamy, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

2.By consent of the both parties this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation dated 25.07.2018 to the second respondent to grant permission and protection for Adal Padal program perform by "Alangulam Sri Muthalamman Adal Padal" in "Thiruvizha" scheduled to be held on 10.08.2018 at 08.00 p.m. to 12.00 p.m., in Arulmigu Sriman Narayanasamy Thirukovil situated at Udaiyampuli Village, Odaimarichan Post, Alangulam, Tirunelveli District, but sofar no order has been passed. 4.In view of the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion, this Court is inclined to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.07.2018 on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 08.08.2018.
