ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to dispose of the proceedings pending in Na.Ka.No.1852/2020/A-1, dated 12.06.2020, within the time frame fixed by this Court.
2.The case of the petitioner is that the subject properties are his ancestral properties. The petitioner made an application before the respondent and the respondent had directed the Tahsildar to submit a report in this regard. The grievance of the petitioner is that the proceedings are pending before the respondent without any progress and hence, left with no other option, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court seeking for appropriate directions.
3.Heard Mr.T.Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Suresh Kumar, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondent.
4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the respondent to proceed further with the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD).No.12147 of 2021 enquiry in Na.Ka.No.1852/2020/A-1, dated 12.06.2020, and deal with the same on its own merits and in accordance with law and pass orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and if there are any other interested parties, the respondent shall issue notice to them before passing final orders.
5.The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the respondent with all relevant documents and also a copy of this order.
6.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
