This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry.

2.Today, when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner is the fourth accused in Crime No.35 of 2020, for the offences punishable under Sections 120(b), 465, 466, 467, 468, 471, 419 and 420 of I.P.C., pending on the file of the respondent Police.

3.Under such circumstances, once regular FIR has been registered, the question of not to harass dose not arise. If any direction is issued in this petition, it will amount to interference with the investigation conducted by the respondent police. Hence, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
