The writ petition has been filed for a direction to the the 5th respondent to conduct the arrear examination along with the final semester examination as per the guidelines issued by the 2nd respondent dated 06.07.2020 in pursuance of the decision taken by the 1st respondent on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner dated 04.09.2020.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the parties fairly submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.

3.Recording the submission of the parties, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
