The petitioner has come forward with this petition to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner based on the complaint made by one Mohammed Shajakhan.

2.According to the prosecution, the complaint given by the defacto complainant has been enquired and closed. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this case. The copy of the closure report has also been produced before this Court. 4.In the light of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
