This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the IIIrd Additional District Judge for PCR Cases, Madurai, to consider the bail petition of the petitioner, on the same day in the event of surrender by him and seeks bail in Crime No.1605 of 2020, on the file of the second respondent. 2.Today, when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner had already been arrested by the first respondent Police and as of now, he is in the judicial custody.
