This criminal original petition has been filed for a direction to the learned Principal District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate at Eraniel to expedite the trial in C.C.No.143 of 2016. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the case is at the stage of trial and it is posted for examination of PW.8 and already P.W.1 to P.W.7 have been examined.

3. The CC is of the year 2016. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the Principal District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel is directed to dispose of CC.No.143 of 2016 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
