ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.(MD) No.22084 of 2025, dated 17.02.2026.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the nature of offence and the reasons stated by the petitioner in the petition and the fact of pending investigation in this case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition No.6(c) imposed on the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police on every alternate Saturday at 10.30a.m., until further orders. Other conditions imposed in the said order shall remain intact. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
