Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorari Mandamus, to call for the records pursuant to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in his letter dated 18.07.2016 and quash the same and consequentially direct the 1st respondent to renew the passport of the petitioner No. TR. 1079486057116 so as to enable the petitioner to attend the Natural Agricultural farm to Quba and Erope Countries scheduled to be held 13.09.2016 to 27.09.2016.

Preserving such liberty, this writ appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. We are confident that as and when the appellant approaches the lower Court, the Court concerned shall deal with the request of the appellant as expeditiously as possible. No costs.
