The Writ of Mandamus has been instituted to direct the respondent No.1 to revoke the proceedings in Na.Ka.26407/2018/X2 dated 06.08.2018 consequently directing the fourth respondent herein for removal of the Wine Shop of TASMAC shop No.7835 now being run in the premises of the sixth respondent above at Door No.Old 1-D/New No.6, Keezha Maada Vilagam, Shivan Koil near Thirunageswaram-612 204.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the writ petitioner died. Since it is a Public Interest Litigation, no further adjudication is required in this matter.
