ORDER
The petitioner / defacto complainant in STC No.135 of 2019 has filed this petition for direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Srivilliputhur to dispose of the said proceedings within stipulated time. 2.There is no representation for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the accused obtained an interim order as against the proceedings in STC No.135 of 2019 and the interim order was vacated in the year 2023. Now the case is posted to 11.07.2025 for examination of witnesses 1 to 3.
4.Recording the above submission, this petition is closed with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Srivilliputhur to conclude the trial in the above case as expeditiously as possible. 26.06.2025 DSK 2/4
