CRL MP(MD). No.6648 of 2022 This petition has been filed to extend the time to execute the order of this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.8877 of 2022 dated 06.05.2022. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that since the petitioners are not well and they are not able to surrender before the trial Court, within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.

3.Considering the reasons stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition is allowed and the time is extended for a period of fifteen days, from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
