Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the order of suspension issued by the first respondent in his proceedings in R.C.No.1939/A5/2016 dated 25.07.2016 and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to regularize the services of the petitioner with all attendant monetary benefits. JUDGMENT

by the learned single Judge perhaps, in an ex-parte order might come in the way at a later point of time. Hence, preserving liberty to move a vacate stay application promptly and pursue it with equal vigor, this writ appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
