Pleased to suspend the sentence passed by the learned III Additional District and Sessions Court (PCR), Madurai in Special Case No. 13 of 2020, Dated 17.02.2022 and enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the above Criminal Appeal. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VAKEESWARAN.C, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.B.NAMBI SELVAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.3405 of 2022 in Crl.A.(MD)No.206 of 2022 dated 14.03.2022, directing the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
