For Respondent : Mr.Sakthi Kumar, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.02 of 2018 on the file of the Respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 406 and 420 of I.P.C., and Section 5 of Tamil Nadu Protection of Interest of Depositors (In Financial Establishments) Act 1997 in Crime No.2 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

3. The petitioner earlier moved this Court seeking anticipatory bail. This Court dismissed the petition on 24.02.2021. Questioning

the same, the petitioner filed SLP before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. The Hon'ble Supreme Court also dismissed the same on 23.03.2021. When the Hon'ble Supreme Court has negatived the petitioner's prayer, it is not open to this Court to entertain the same.
