[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The writ on hand has been instituted seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.02.2025 seeking to cancel of the illegal sale deed registered as document No.1193 of 2005 in respect of the property comprised in survey No.737/1, an extent of

Acre 2.0 cents out of Acre 3.45 cents, situated at Masillapuram, Radhapuram Village, within the Radhapuram Sub-Registration Tirunelveli District.

2. The relief as such sought for in this writ proceedings cannot be granted by this Court, since to declare a sale deed as null and void is to be granted only after a complete adjudication of the issues raised between the parties by the competent civil court of law.
