Respondents PRAYER : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to revise and re-fix petitioner's pay scale notionally as Rs.9,30034,800+4,200 with effect from 01.08.2010 and pay the arrears together with the interest of 9% per annum and pay the revised pension regularly without delay within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.
