3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this petition is ordered and the time for surrender by the petitioner before the concerned Court and executing the sureties is extended by two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
