This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction, to direct the 2nd respondent to give an adequate protection to the petitioner from respondent Nos. 3 and 4.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would submit that based on a complaint given by the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted by the respondent police in Current Paper G7/2614/SP/TEN/2020 and both parties were called for enquiry and during the enquiry, the petitioner as well as the respondents 3 and 4 have agreed to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.[MD]No.10465 of 2020 settle their disputes amicably, based on which, the enquiry has been closed.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
