ORDER

The petitioner with a grievance that his complaint was not received by the second respondent police has approached this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that this petitioner has preferred a complaint before the Superintendent of Police, Virudhunagar District and the Superintendent of Police has forwarded the same to the respondent Police. He further submits that the respondent Police has received the same and they are treating it as Current Paper Enquiry. According to him, the nature of the complaint appears to be a money transaction and therefore, the respondent Police has not registered a complaint so far. He submits that the respondent Police would decide the course of action within a period of one week, either to close the complaint or to register First Information Report. 2/4
