To call for the records relating to the impugned order passed in Cr.M.P. No. 2369 of 2022 in Crime No. 155 of 2022 Dated. 28.06.2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti and Set Aside the same. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.M.PITCHAI MUTHU, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAICHAMY, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- 1/3

This Petition has been filed seeking orders to restore the Criminal Revision Case in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.746 of 2022, which was ordered to be dismissed on 30.11.2022.

2.When the matter was taken for hearing on 30.11.2022, by observing that there was no representation for the petitioner on 22.11.2022 and also on 30.11.202, this Court dismissed the Criminal Revision Case for default. 3.Considering the reasons assigned, this Court is inclined to allow this petition on payment of cost. Hence, this petition will be allowed on payment of cost of Rs.1000/- (Rupees one Thousand only) to the credit of Women Advocates Association, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court (Account No:-770357420, IFSC Code:- IDIB000H040, Indian Bank) within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this Petition shall stand automatically dismissed without further reference to this Court. sd/- 18/07/2023 / TRUE COPY / /07/2023 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
