ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records pertaining to the impugned FIR in Crime No.32 of 2021 dated 13.07.2021, on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same as illegal in so far as the petitioners are concerned.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent would submit that the investigation in Crime No.32 of 2021 has been completed and the final report was filed before the Additional Mahila Court, Nagercoil and the same was not taken on file so far.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there shall be a direction to the Additional Mahila Court, Nagercoil, to process the final report as per rules. Accordingly, 2/4

this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioners are at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, if so advised. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 21.06.2023 NCC :
