ORDER

This petitioner has filed the present petition to direct learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakkottai, to dispose of the above C.C No. 109/2018 on his file as expeditiously as possible and within the time stipulated by this Court. 1/4

2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the case is pending from the year 2018 and prays for direction to dispose of the case within a time limit. 3.On the side of the prosecution, it is confirmed that no witnsess has been examined so far.

4.In view of the above said circumstances, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai, is hereby directed to dispose of C.C.No.109 of 2018, pending on his file, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The prosecution is hereby directed to produce the witness in time.

5.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
